President Franky Hewer to the Kamala Rescue
Group. This Group consist only of volunteer
workers, helping people after accidents and
is funded with private money. |

girl from Phuket who has been involved in an
accident.
Her family does not have the
money to pay for the operation that is need
to fix her damaged leg. We wish her all the

Donation to Haiti Earthquake Victims

A donation of 20,000 THB was given to the Rotary Club of
Patong Beach to support their Haiti
Earthquake Campaign, which purchases Shelter
Boxes. These boxes include tents and other
needy survival goods. We wish all victims of
this tragic event a speedy recovery. |

Donation to poor family

Our club has
found out to tragic story of a family from
Nakon Srithamarat who has lost their father
in an accident. The mother, who, has no job
and income, is left behind with e children.
We decided to support this family for 3
month with each 3,000 THB and the evaluate
their situation again. |

the treatment of a young girl suffering from
Leukemia. This was a joint-activity by us
and the Lions Club of Phuket Pearl, so both
clubs donated 15,000 THB. |

Operation Cost Donation

Our club became aware of the tragic case of
Mr.Rajan, who is suffering from diabetes and
is in desperate need of money for a
life-saving operation. Our club members have
collected 12,500 THB from their own pockets
to support this man. We wish him a speedy
recovery. |

Scholarship to Students

Our club has take on a scholarship for two
of Phuket's best students as their families
can not afford their university fees.
Ms. Phenchan Sanquntai is a student we
already supported last year, her fee is
10,000 THB. Ms. Paradee Pronjan is a new
student with even better grades that we
support now and paid 15,000 THB for her
university fees. |

Donation to Thai Red Cross
Phuket, 29 May 2010
Our club has donated 20,000 THB to the Thai
Red Cross for the construction of the Red
Cross Building in Phuket City.
Princess
Sirinthorn is the Chairman for the opening
ceremony and handed over a pin to our
Club President Farnky Hewer.
